3D view not rendering?

If the issue is related to the 3D view not rendering properly, you may voluntarily upload the IDF file. We only request files when reasonably necessary to investigate the issue. We aim to delete support uploads within 24 hours after your request is resolved, unless you request otherwise or a longer retention period is required to complete the investigation or comply with legal obligations.

Viewer uploads are not retained

The IDF Viewer sends files to our API only to build your 3D scene. We do not intentionally retain those uploads after processing. Only files you choose to attach here are kept for support review.
